The Fit iN Trust was founded in 2018 with a single mission to empower and provide support for anyone suffering or dealing with epilepsy, seizures and fits.
Fit iN understand that its not always easy to fit in when you have restrictions placed on your life.
Fit iN bring awareness workshops, support and coaching sessions to those who feel their epilepsy is stopping them from progressing or require help and support to achieve and meet their goals.
Fit iN also understand the stigmas connected with epilepsy and help bring awareness to the community.
Fit iN is dedicated to spreading the word that you don't have to fit in. Everyone is made differently and uniquely and we help those to embrace their qualities and celebrate themselves.
