Mentoring is a medium to long term relationship depending on your needs. This is where we focus on supporting the growth and development of the mentee. The experienced mentor will coach, develop and support the mentee. Set plans and deadlines to support goals whilst following up at set agreed times and highlighting potential risks.
Overcoming objections and positive solutions are key to the role of the mentor.
We recommend bi-monthly check ins over a minimum of 6 months which can be done via video or conference calls. With 1 hour monthly check-ins (will vary depending on the needs of the mentee).
The mentee will also receive preferential rates to workshops and promotional offers to new products.
Mentor packages and discounts are available for yearly subscribers.
